1. Identification

2. Quotes and orders

Each project is the subject of a personalised quote after discussion with the client. The order is deemed confirmed upon receipt of the client's written agreement on the quote (email or signature) and, where applicable, payment of the requested deposit.

3. Price and payment

Prices are stated in the currency agreed in the quote. A deposit may be requested when ordering, with the balance due on delivery unless otherwise agreed in the quote.

4. Rights of use for images and videos

The transfer of usage rights for delivered images and videos is defined in the quote (use, duration, territory). Unless otherwise stated, it takes effect upon receipt of full payment. The provider retains the right to feature the work in its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Cancellation

If the client cancels the project after the quote has been approved, amounts already paid remain due in proportion to the work already carried out (preparation, scouting, filming, editing).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Mauritian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Mauritius, unless otherwise required by law. This document is a generic template to be reviewed by a legal professional before publication.
